I am not saying it is true or false, but how would you know that if it's all you have done for 36 years and counting?

I thought that was obvious but didn't know the central layoff language, so I didn't want to assume that laid off drivers pay rates dop like they do here.

I never heard a laid off delivery driver say it was about the money. They all say because the job sucks working inside making the same hourly rate. Having some teenage PT sup looking over your shoulder telling you to go faster all night.

I’ve never heard of laid off driver say it’s not about the money. It’s always about the money. Why else do we work here?

Almost all of our drivers are very close to being at scale now as they were hired during Covid. That’s a big chunk of money they won’t be making if they’re in the building.
