Did you really work 60 hours last week? Because I only worked 2-3 days a week.I will work 60 hours a week in December, just like I have every year since 1988.
The only variable will be how many stops, if any, that I bring back each night.
It pays the same regardless.
No way. That's post office or fedex . We deliver to the front door.First photo: DR Other: Railing Bagged

If you don't run for 34.39 an hour don't make your helper run for 12.00. After all, the slower they are, the more you make40 hours at 34.39=1375, 51.58 x 20=1031 plus 1375= 2406. NO PROBLEM PUNCHING THEM IN THE NUTTZ til 60 hours. Hope my jumper brings his Usain Bolt track shoes lol

Second photo: Back all the way up. I walk every driveway, some by choice, others like these are so steep you'll hang your bumper on the ground and get stuck.

Just like the union addressing the "underlying" issues with production harassment.....give me a friend'n break...lol they totally skipped over that issue alsoI thought that issue was addressed in the last contract?
Here in Georgia we don't have those issues, I couldn't imagine doing my route in the snow/ice.I hear ya brother. Just being optimistic. I walk in a lot of mountainous driveways especially in the snow.
And make sure you you make that delivery in 8.7 seconds

We're doing less drivers this year, but the ones we have are actually getting trained as opposed to the 2 day ride and figure it out mentality of the past. I know inside they're forcing people down our throats that we don't actually need for another monthThis is interesting. I've been hearing the same from the inside but ups keeps telling the media that they will virtually the same amount as last year.
or not using all the methods related to driving which could be construed as Safety. The only people worried about telematics are those doing their job without concern for safety.
Like you said, "It's in the bag".Really?
There is no language that says what close proximity is. I'll bet we drive right by 90% of the urban surepost yet it goes to the post office.
Also it's all in bags now so we don't even get to see what's in those bags.
I think I need to take a brush up grammar course.2 husbands and a son? Sorry. Just joking.
Maybe I need to change my user name. Son and I were talking about UPS drama and I made the comment that UPS made old and crabby. When I started posting that is the user name I came up with quickly.I am sorry if I ever show you any disrespect.
Every time I see your name I think of Old and Grumpy !
Please forgive me in advance.
All I can say is Wow. This where I have nothing but respect for all drivers.
What is in the "memo"?Who else got the memo?

Not only do you have the physical aspects of the job, then add the mental.
Then you have people say well all you do is just deliver packages.
