I've barely had 8 hours a day all week. Maybe a total of 30 minutes of OT between Monday and today. Enjoy it while it lasts. Come December 26th they'll layoff half the building and try to fire the rest.

Hit a record amount of hours, just under 80, that’s over 7 days though, and obviously not working my other job during peak. Don’t think I’m getting that much this week though

seems crazy to allow 70 hours for drivers, I felt like I was drunk driving home I was so sleep deprived

Stay safe out there guys

70 is ridiculous when you’re driving you’re absolutely not very useful and honestly exhausted. When I was a part-time, I did some triple shifting got like 72 hours for the week once I was completely worthless. I’m sure after about 65 hours.😂
You get tired enough to be a safety hazard.

I was wobbling in my trailer dude. And I did not feel safe at all driving. And that’s just a straight shot drive home, I’m not in a giant truck in traffic delivering packages. 70 hours is absolutley ridiculous and honestly even 50-60 is crazy to me to think of you guys driving in it, but clearly you guys can handle it but still…

Absolutely. 60 hours of driving vs. 60 hours of delivering, not equal.

Was told on Friday global volume is down 7% YoY and corporate is starting cutting mide early. Rental tractors starting going back on Thursday and rental trailers are being rounded up and locked down. The pt sups they put on for peak have been told no one goes over 5 hrs and the 20th is their last day
Get ready January and February will be fun!
