In a lot of states, it doesn't matter how many cameras caught it. You need a cop to witness it personally.

I don't know which number it is on the 10 point commentary, but for stale green lights you need to set a point of decision. Yellow doesn't mean stop, it means clear the intersection, which depending on your position can mean hurry the
