Saying he feared for his safety, Casebolt gave a statement to investigators and left town after being placed on administrative leave Monday, according to CBS Dallas.

I hear he is heading up toward my part of the world to help find those escaped inmates.
After the McKinney Police Chief called racist officer Casebolts actions "INDEFENSIBLE", this racist out of control cop resigns in disgrace.
Too bad, you people still feel the need to "DEFEND" him.
You all must know better than the McKinney Police Chief.
The real problem, is that YOU people who feel it your duty to defend this cop, all suffer from the same mental illness that this Houston Radio shock jock suffers from.

In the meantime, officer dirtbag is leaving town before he is prosecuted by city officials.
As I posted originally about the incident, Police Chief Connolly says and confirms:
“Our policies, our training, our practice doesn’t support his actions,” Chief Conley said. “He came into the call out of control, and as the video shows was out of control during the incident.”

Gosh.......who wouldn't be concerned about their safety when they are surrounded by a bunch of screaming black kids?
It's amazing the number of people who say the cop acted incorrectly but they don't offer up what they would do.
If the little black girl described in the story on my post #769 hadn't done what she did (possibly illegal) then the officer wouldn't have had to do what he did.
Next time you need a cop, call the little girl that was scamming off someone else's pool party.....I'm sure she'll help you out.

disgraced former officer Casebolt will NEVER work for another police department ANYWHERE in the USA. He wouldnt pass a background check in the first place, and as soon as charges are filed, he will be lucky to be able to get a job washing cars at the local carwash.
