  • Keystone XL was like 8% complete and wouldn't have been online until 2025.
  • The oil meant for Keystone XL is already getting to market via trains or other phases. It was a shortcut.
  • Most of the oil from Keystone XL is :censored2:ty low grade stuff that's too expensive to be made in to gas.
  • Most of the oil from the cancelled Keystone XL is getting shipped overseas to places like China and SE Asia to be burned in power plants or for manufacturing.

And who owns the oil tanker cars being used?
Who owns the railroads ?

Could it be the same person who lobbied for the pipeline to be stopped ?

A lot of it can be found doing searches.

Plus a friend's father ran one of the big refineries in Joliet and even though he's mostly retired still consults. He's the one that told me about how low grade the oil coming through the XL phase would have been and how almost all of it goes overseas. That's why the Phase 4/XL went to the coast and not to Joliet or Wood River for domestic refining and use.

"The Keystone XL pipeline, a privately funded project, would double the current capacity of oil transported in the U.S. per day, provide the U.S. with a more stable source of crude oil, and significantly increase employment and capital within America."

pipelines shut down
less federal land leases for oil than any president since nixon
we're still producing a 1000 less barrels of oil a day today because
most restrictive oil policies by any president in history

Oil companies will not invest in more wells if they think the government is going to restrict them or shut them down

does biden meet with the oil companies to provide them reassurance?
nope he goes to the Saudi's who he has already pissed off.

Saudi's are close to max production their position is they will send oil to consumer countries first
consumer countries that cant produce their own oil.
not producer countries that have the means to produce more.

Its joes policies not a shut down pipeline that is hurting us.
