I disagree with the headline of the article you clearly didn't read.

Here is the headline:

Here is a section of the article:

Notice anything missing from the headline?

College tuition has been going up every year for years, luckily we can just blame Obamacare now.

You must have missed the part where is said that Obamacare will cost the University $4.5 milion this year for Obamacare alone.
That sounds like it would make up a majority of the $342 per student increase.
It looks like you are not facing the reality of this Obamacare disaster.
Keep making excuses. The time until this law hits critical mass is coming very soon.

The university would have needed to raise tuition even without Obamacare, because they are underfunded from the state. They increased tuition 2.5 percent last year, and still are 13 million in debt, even after a 6 million dollar loan.

Obamacare is a scapegoat in this case. Sorry if that doesn't align with your agenda.

Those students paying an extra $342 per year would give the college about $10.93 million a year in new revenues. (Where do you come up with $18 million?)
