Well Gwinnett County did violate the Civil Rights Act in its rejection of absentee ballots after U.S. District Court Judge Amy Totenberg ruled the previous day that the votes must be counted and preserved. Also, it was interesting that Kemp did not resign from his position as the state’s chief elections officer until two days after the election.
There is no evidence of widespread voter suppression.

Claims, not proven in court. Seems that's ok to point out when Republicans allege fraud but don't produce evidence. Except Republicans produce thousands of affidavits and courts won't hear cases.

That must be why Kemp quietly signed a sweeping overhaul of the way elections are administered in the state.
