Doesn't matter if Hannity is charged with anything. He's been outed because Michael Cohen's lawyers tried to argue to the judge that privileged documents of his other clients would be compromised if investigators were allowed to go through their raid haul. And then the judge asked who his other clients were. Whoops! That alone is enough on the Hannity front. LOLOLOL

Three clients and two of them involve a third party.

Well, let's see if there was any provable illegal coordination that'd trigger the crime-fraud exception for Hannity also. Honestly don't really care what happens with that. But it's hilarious. Especially since Hannity has never disclosed his relationship with Cohen.

Why should he have discussed it?
Because people should know that while he's opinion guy and not a journalist, the opinions he does spout are probably heavily influenced via direct coordination with the Trump Administration, and/or his silencing of his side pusillanimous.

Legally he would be a client if he just asked for advice. No need for a contract or fees to be paid to create a client situation. It was probably about the lawsuit Hannity was going through at the time.
Hannity and Fox News have their own legal teams for the routine stuff. No, he wanted this stuff on the DL.
