Which part of the mandate is confusing you?

I don't care about that Judge, he's gonna do him, I'm not going to call the Judge, re the friend lax.

Are you confused about the Muellers' mandate?

You sure seem to be.

don't have to be , I'll let the judge figure that part out. Are you confused as to the process?

Here's the additional nonsense y'all cheetotistas are complaining about:

28 C.friend.R. § 600.4 Jurisdiction:

"...(a)Original jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall be established by the Attorney General. The Special Counsel will be provided with a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall also include the authority to investigate and prosecute federal crimes committed in the course of, and with intent to interfere with, the Special Counsel's investigation, such as perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and intimidation of witnesses; and to conduct appeals arising out of the matter being investigated and/or prosecuted.

(b)Additional jurisdiction. If in the course of his or her investigation the Special Counsel concludes that additional jurisdiction beyond that specified in his or her original jurisdiction is necessary in order to fully investigate and resolve the matters assigned, or to investigate new matters that come to light in the course of his or her investigation, he or she shall consult with the Attorney General, who will determine whether to include the additional matters within the Special Counsel's jurisdiction or assign them elsewhere.

(c)Civil and administrative jurisdiction. If in the course of his or her investigation the Special Counsel determines that administrative remedies, civil sanctions or other governmental action outside the criminal justice system might be appropriate, he or she shall consult with the Attorney General with respect to the appropriate component to take any necessary action. A Special Counsel shall not have civil or administrative authority unless specifically granted such jurisdiction by the Attorney General...
"

Nope, that's pretty standard boilerplate as well, and so far Mueller has submitted to it to the letter.

maybe you can show this to the judge. Seems like you think you have all the answers.

he did his job in congress like he was still in that Hanoi prison , constantly giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
I agree only because he masqueraded as a republican. He was a democrat. He acted as he had to at home just to get elected. Once elected..... screw Arizona. Naval aviator, yes Sir, thank your for your service. Senator McCain, kiss my ass POS, and take your girlfriend Lindsey Graham with you.

No executive privilege for events that occurred before he was the executive.

are we back to hoping the porn star sinks him?

in this context he can take executive privledge on any decisions he made as president and he can use the Hillary defense and say he does not remember on the rest. if he speaks to Mueller at all. Mueller has nothing and is begging for crumbs right now.

@Old Man Jingles, Yeah I guess I was short with him. In a later post I mentioned how all of these actions are in Federal Court, I guess I was taken aback why he mentioned state court. If the judge mentioned state court that meant he was openly mocking them. They are alleging federal crimes and a state crime will not be heard in federal court. So instead of answering as I did, I should have told him to get his facts straight or get an understanding of what he was talking about. Sorry to sound like what I am, a smartass.
