President Trump

The Times reported that McGahn told Mueller the president didn’t commit any crimes?
My understanding is that McGahn said he hadn't seen the President do anything beyond his authority. Trump completely waived attorney-client privilege to allow McGahn to speak to Mueller's team.

Is there a limit to the President’s authority, in McGahn’s view?

I think that’s a Rudy truth. I reread the Times article and couldn’t find it.
