PST on pay stub...where did it go?

I’m in the 177 also and I have no clue how we use that PST. I’ve gotten multiple answers when I’ve asked people. Most say you can’t use it. It’s NJ law or federal law but since UPS gives us sick days, we aren’t eligible to use that time whatever it is, but by law UPS still has to print it on paystub.

I believe you can use it after you have exhausted all of your UPS contractual time.
