And.....another red x from a nobody. Wait! Yet another!

Do you really think you aren't whining over nothing? Jeez, go ask mommy for a hug and a warm milk and cookies.

You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
Someone else said it bud, the years start to wear on you, mainly your body but also the non stop mind games that go on daily. Not making fun but if you drive seasonally, then don't do it for 9-10 months, you wouldn't understand the daily grind. Those old grumpy guys you're talking about are at the end of that grind. Maybe they act miserable so their dumb :censored2: management team will leave them alone. Maybe try learning something from the older guys, it might help you down the line...
Not to mention these younger guys get babied a lot. I can't tell you how many times I've been told. Only give him
The stuff he knows or don't give him
Any of the hard stuff he's new.

He's been driving 2 :censored2:ing years. Cut the cord.

Ok, someone explain to me what's so mentally challenging about driving to an address, picking up a box, walking that box to the door, dropping it off, or getting a signature, and walking off...
Someone post this tool the 340 methods we are expected to flawlessly execute at every stop.

In his own words his job requires 1 method. Get it on the right truck.

*Waaaan, I'm a UPS driver and I get paid over $1,000 every week and sometimes I have to find a package that the preloader, who loaded about 1,000 packages today, put in the wrong spot.. oh the misery, booooo hooooo :crying:*

Give me a friend'ing break

And while I'm at it, drivers, don't expect that McDonald's bag and cup you left on the truck last night to not be on there when you come back in

Essentially, yes. And what's crazy is we can't even get fired for misloads ha ha ha, so we really don't even have to do that

Whaaaaa I'm a preloader who picks up a box and sometimes puts it where it's supposed to go but my drivers yell at me.

Think about this you misplacing a box in the load is the same as me delivering to the wrong address. You do it 100's of times a week. If I do it once a month It's unacceptable

To be fair, if you deliver a package to a wrong address you clearly can't read and should be fired immediately.

You assume every address is marked. Lmao

Every package you load is clearly marked exactly where it should go and every spot is the same in every truck...
