Not to mention these younger guys get babied a lot. I can't tell you how many times I've been told. Only give himSomeone else said it bud, the years start to wear on you, mainly your body but also the non stop mind games that go on daily. Not making fun but if you drive seasonally, then don't do it for 9-10 months, you wouldn't understand the daily grind. Those old grumpy guys you're talking about are at the end of that grind. Maybe they act miserable so their dumbmanagement team will leave them alone. Maybe try learning something from the older guys, it might help you down the line...

Think about this you misplacing a box in the load is the same as me delivering to the wrong address. You do it 100's of times a week. If I do it once a month It's unacceptable

To be fair, if you deliver a package to a wrong address you clearly can't read and should be fired immediately.
