I think posts like this is/are exactly what badsporh is talking about. It's okay for some select people to post in this manner but not others.
I recall receiving the BrownCafe scarlet letter once (I forget what it's called) for posting in a manner very much like a frequent management poster but, of course, nothing happened to him.
This website could be such a valuable tool for the working person to share information about how the company treats/screws the worker but yet we seem to dwell on critical issues such as:

Another poster mentioned that this website is turning into a "....Teamsternet". Maybe it should but then I seriously doubt the "wine and roses" crowd that seem to control this site would stray far from the critical issues mentioned above and dare not enter the real, harsh world of life at "our" company.
