The official police report contains NO mention of a fake ID... It mentions NOTHING about this student being violent.

All it says is that the student used foul language and resisted arrest.

So much for your fake ID story.

BLood would be the first guess. Secondly, there are NO reports that this black student hit anyone or threatened anyone. All he did was ask why he was denied entry and told to step aside while other patrons who were white were let in. He was then "GRABBED" by the elbow for no legitimate reason by the ABC officer who had no "Cause" to do so.

The black student on the ground is heard stating he was taken by force simply because he is black, and given the reported facts, he is correct. Two ABC officers take him to the ground, strike him and cuff him.

The excuse?

An alledged phoney ID.

I dont know what part of america you live in where physical force like this is necessary to remove someone from a bar line, but this story reaks of abuse.

One would think that an honor student would know what the legal drinking age is , which he was not .

Must be fun sitting on top of Mt. Olympus deciding which mortal jobs is worthy to be called a job?
Interesting that TOS does not know that doormen / bouncers are trained specialists that are the first line of defense against underage drinkers who could cost the drinking establishment their licenses .
To TOS they are just muscle bound thugs .

Oh, they've conducted a full investigation that fast? Great.

When a cop has you by the arm, talking with you and you try to pull away from him because you don't like his questions, it probably won't end well for you. It could be considered resisting.

People use the R word nowadays for the darnedest things, soon we'll hear it used at the checkout at the grocery store, just crazy.... Reverse discrimination is gonna be a HUGE problem in the future if not already..... It's being used like the frivolous lawsuits of people thinking they can slip and fall and sue for millions.... Racism is not a joke and when used inappropriately as a get outta trouble free card or a way or "getting over on the man" like it is being done today, should be a criminal offense, because all this BS makes it impossible to crack down on the possible legitimate racism that perhaps exists as isolated incidents nowadays, but instead every single incident automatically goes to race card and oooh my God it's because the person was black and the cops hate blacks, it's all BS and liberal way of Uniting the goobers of America together for a cause that's unrealistic , all to control said goobers who all the while think liberals are lookin out for em .... Lookin out for their votes that is

Pretty sure criminals are being treated as such in America, unless it is financial crime.

You talk too much.

The truth has been known to be painful I could only imagine how ur feeling
I'm feeling pretty good. I'm retired, educated, healthy and don't have a worry in the world, apart from concern for my grandchildren.

Go to school, and maybe you'll be in my shoes someday.
