I have a feeling we will strike to get the $50-60 hr we deserve. we need like $10/hr off the bat and maybe $2.50 per year going forward. This is not a cost neutral contract so we need to strike while the iron is hot.
Atleast $5 catch-up for sure. Atleast $2/year. Remember we should already be at $50/hr

Anything than less than a $5 immediate bump to top rate is a no vote from me. Im really looking for closer to $10 immediately, but if there are enough other new “wins” i will entertain $5. But i will still be looking for an additional ~$2 per year on top of it.
