Fair enough because I don’t believe we will get anywhere near that. And im fine with that.

Anything than less than a $5 immediate bump to top rate is a no vote from me. Im really looking for closer to $10 immediately, but if there are enough other new “wins” i will entertain $5. But i will still be looking for an additional ~$2 per year on top of it.
A $15-$20 raise over five years is just not gonna happen. Imo
I predict $30-$35 total compensation increase over the course of the next contract (5 years). We received nearly $26 per hour over the last 5 years. I know the pension and H/W are only based on 2080 and the company stock discount and DRIP have been reduced in the past, but I stand by my numbers.A $15-$20 raise over five years is just not gonna happen. Imo
Yeah, I didn’t know what you were talking about because your math did not sound rightMy bad, we received around $16 per hour during the last. My calculator error. I predict $20-$23 on this next contract. Sorry, bad math.
You aren't asking for much....Anything than less than a $5 immediate bump to top rate is a no vote from me. Im really looking for closer to $10 immediately, but if there are enough other new “wins” i will entertain $5. But i will still be looking for an additional ~$2 per year on top of it.
And you were talking total compensation most people here are simply talking, what they see on their paycheckMy bad, we received around $16 per hour during the last. My calculator error. I predict $20-$23 on this next contract. Sorry, bad math.
He pays dues and he has a right to think what he wants but I believe he’s going to be very disappointingYou aren't asking for much....
If anyone is going to get a $5 bump it will be the part timersHe pays dues and he has a right to think what he wants but I believe he’s going to be very disappointing
That’s guaranteed already making $21 an hour where I amIf anyone is going to get a $5 bump it will be the part timers
I would be in the $8 to $8.50 camp over 5 years time. And you were talking total compensation most people here are simply talking, what they see on their paycheck
Agreed. Somewhere between 15 to 20% over five years for raises on your paycheck is where I believe we will landI would be in the $8 to $8.50 camp over 5 years time.
So what are you thinking $$ per hour per year?Agreed. Somewhere between 15 to 20% over five years for raises on your paycheck is where I believe we will land
Not sure the breakdown per year but I could see much of it being front loaded the first year because of recent inflation. So possibly $3 an hour upfront. So what are you thinking $$ per hour per year?
ABF got $3.50 the first year and $3. Spread over the next 4 yearsNot sure the breakdown per year but I could see much of it being front loaded the first year because of recent inflation. So possibly $3 an hour upfront.
$3.00
$1.00
$1.25
$1.50
$2.00
Something like this. The breakdown per year could be wrong, and the amounts could be off a little. Imo
Yep and the employees make significantly less than us and their company makes nowhere near as much money as UPS a year.ABF got $3.50 the first year and $3. Spread over the next 4 years
The pension and healthcare money is even more important.Yep and the employees make significantly less than us and their company makes nowhere near as much money as UPS a year.
The amount as I stated, I think our fair does not mean I believe UPS will agree we will just have to see. Pension and insurance Hass to be extra on top of that so we have a long way to go.
this guy gets it. I couldn’t agree more.Anything than less than a $5 immediate bump to top rate is a no vote from me.
