This just came in and is "supposedly" the unions proposal on pay raises.
Full Time raises every year.
2024 $1.00
2025 $1.25
2026 $1.50
2027 $1.75
2028 $2.00

part timers get a base rate of $20 and extra money based on how long they've been employed.
Seniority= $20
Seniority+1yr= $20.75
Seniority+2yrs= $21.50
Seniority+3yrs= $22.25
Seniority+4yrs= $23.00
For PTmers would this mean if you have seniority plus more than 4 years one would get an immediate $2.25 raise cause otherwise a 4 year employee would be making more than some 16 year employees in some hubs. I don't know how the union is going to try to pull this off. A big headache for sure.

The TDU proposal is 20 bucks plus 75 cents for each year of seniority

Remember, they told us we were heroes, while everyone else stayed home worked us like dogs and management got nice fat bonuses.
