This just came in and is "supposedly" the unions proposal on pay raises.
Full Time raises every year.
2024 $1.00
2025 $1.25
2026 $1.50
2027 $1.75
2028 $2.00

part timers get a base rate of $20 and extra money based on how long they've been employed.
Seniority= $20
Seniority+1yr= $20.75
Seniority+2yrs= $21.50
Seniority+3yrs= $22.25
Seniority+4yrs= $23.00
They better flip the RPCD .raises. it's a concession to go from 1.00 to 2.00. Should be the other way around.

Yes and In my opinion, if they get rid of the 22.4, most of the forced 6 day is already fixed and I’m sure they will be in agreement about that as well.

Maybe maybe not.
That may be enough to get the part-timers to vote they are members 60% to 40%

I didn’t see anything about the seniority part timers getting a GWI..just stated “full timer’s raises”..?

Well either they stop advancing the volume which I don’t see happening, have pt cover drivers doing it or they are going to have to hire more drivers which I’m not confident that’s going to happen.

I honestly do not know
But they definitely need to pay the part-time or tomorrow.
Unfortunately they don't care that their benefits are worth more than your paycheck nor do most of them want to go out driving.

I really do not know the answer
Just lost a young local sort guy who had been with us for 2 years, just turned 21, and was going to Integrad next week...
He left for a full time job at FedEx. Wanted the money meow, doesn't give two hoots about the benefits. Wish he would have talked to me before he jumped ship.

I've talked a couple of staying in a couple I could not
This is very hard job to start out when you're on the bottom of the seniority list
