Some other things have come to my attention today that would make me think your post may be accurate or at least something is going on and we will know shortly. And if your supplement sucks, it may be a lot of unhappy people especially, on this website.

Breaking News: UPS has agreed with this language in the contract- No driver will be forced in on there days off!

Where do you come up with that number? Just out of honest curiosity.
Inflation over the last five years has been almost 20% not including this years inflation numbers. Which is putting us at around 25%(+\-) Plus what is to come over the next 5+ years. That is how ppl come to this number. It’s pretty simple really.

You can come up whatever number you want. We are not getting a $8 to $10 raise August 1, 2023.

That will never pass when we should be atleast $50 right now.
While I agree that we should be at a higher max pay right now, $7.50 raise during the life of contract will have us at over $49 at its expiration. This isn't a bad deal considering all the other things we are getting like no discipline on tech and removal of in cab cameras. I've heard that an increase in our pension of $800-$1000 is what the union will be pushing. If we get all that, an extra paid holiday or two, more sure post deliveries and an end of 22.4's this masters agreement will pass. Remember, the Hoffa admin did us a disservice with previous contracts and we all voted them down, but they passed anyway because of 2/3's rule. We have to claw our way back and we won't get everything we want, it's called negotiations folks. I can tell you this for sure, I am a big NO on Southern Region Supplement if what I have seen is true, and I judge it is. When I share it with y'all, you're going to flip out.

I seen the Southern is going to a 30 minute lunch. I think that's a huge plus

I have NOT been lurking

Eat. Sleep. Work. Jork.
This just came in and is "supposedly" the unions proposal on pay raises.
Full Time raises every year.
2024 $1.00
2025 $1.25
2026 $1.50
2027 $1.75
2028 $2.00

part timers get a base rate of $20 and extra money based on how long they've been employed.
Seniority= $20
Seniority+1yr= $20.75
Seniority+2yrs= $21.50
Seniority+3yrs= $22.25
Seniority+4yrs= $23.00
What would seniority + whatever 1979 be?
