But I do see how you might view it that.
It seems how Jesus spoke to the Pharisees in the established religious of his day at sometimes appeared out of character, but it wasn’t.

I will not place a religious book on the throne where God Himself only belongs. I love religion, and I love the Bible, and it is very useful in my spiritual journey and walking in life.
I believe the Bible is not an end in itself, but a means to bring men to an intimate and satisfying knowledge of God, that they may enter into Him, that they may delight in His Presence, may taste and know the inner sweetness of the very God Himself in the core and centers of their heart.

You're avoiding questions again. Of course I have a conscience. I couldn't in good conscience stand by while a woman is being raped and say let the police handle it.

Feels like it would be hard to explain to a non-Christian why follow a religion that is based on a book that is in his opinion is flawed and unnecessary to follow completely because there’s inaccuracies because men wrote it.
If I was a non-Christian and someone offered me that I would just say, how do I know the whole thing isn’t wrong?
Just because it hasn’t pretty neat stories?

Honestly, on this particular question, I would have to ask you what your conscious is NOT telling you.
If I saw this heinous act taking place and did nothing other than make a phone call and then walk away. I don’t believe I would ever sleep well at night again.
