If you're in a place where scriptural worship is not offered to God, would it matter how far you would have to drive to do it?

Denominations have earthly headquarters. The church does not.

Do you believe scriptural worship can include instrumental music to accompany singing?

There are two kinds of music that are known. Vocal and instrumental .
Worship in the NT church was vocal. No one played.The instrument was the heart. Col. 3:16

I drive a regular bus. The mode of transport is christian, toxic fumes are anti christian, economic system is anti christian, kids parents might be mostly good or mostly evil or likely average

well it would seem strange for someone who lives their life for their own desires, and not living their life with Christ.

I think my desires councide with christ.

If they didnt then i would probably criticize the religion for that.

But as weve discussed, christ was a revolutionary relative to the roman state of that time. He reminds me of martin luther king who wanted peace, was anti capitalist, killed by govt, colored, etc
