Only because that's the only way you can view it as the way to heaven. The path to heaven doesn't hinge on whether you think it's ok for a country to have nukes.supporting certain countries having nukes is on the left

I don't view that photo based on one scenario. That photo is not about politics. It's about who goes to heaven and who doesn't.
I look at the photos and I see the right side as the one's who decided to believe that Jesus was sent to earth to die for their sins, give their life to Christ through salvation, and live their life for Him and not for their own desires only.
The left side I see all of the others that made the decision to live their lives separate from a life that is Christ centered, and instead do things their way
