It appears so ... I think he doesn't have a real case and so he is trying through innuendo to sway the jury.
The prosecutor? It is looking that way. I guess he realized he can't win.

The prosecutor is trying to catch Rittenhouse in a lie. About the only chance he has. The defense attorney should have been constantly objecting to the prosecutor using his questions to try to testify and admit facts not in evidence. Not even facts. Some were completely incorrect (lies) in attempts to slant the opinions of the jury.
The judge isn’t the sharpest knife in the draw. But he clearly doesn’t like the prosecution team
I think he’s going for a mistrial too. It’s their only hope. But the judge could rule mistrial with prejudice. May not be able to retry
