I was having issues with loss of sensation in my ******. I went to see my OBGYN who referred me to a specialist. This was all done under my health care insurance. After the diagnosis was made the case was switched to comp. There was no heat or retaliation from UPS.

first I would hire a lawyer to set up a trust to anonymously claim my prize.

Do yourself a favor n get AFLAC. Be one of the smartest things you do as it is so easy to get hurt on this job or an accident outside of work.

When I told them at UPS, they said they would not insure me.

5 years or so. Had bilateral ulnar nerve release surgery in both elbows. Down time was one month per elbow----didn't want to sit for two months so I had both done at same time. Two weeks off, two weeks light duty---sat in the jump seat and played GPS. Comp paid my bills and paid me $880. Combined sent me a check for $1K.

Glad it worked out for you. That wouldn't fly around here at all. They fight every injury. Sad. No time,place,tracking number,box dimensions,alignment of the planets and you're up for a fight.

did your get any muscle twitching/spasms in arm? doctor believes i have the same ulnar nerve problem, i have tingling in palm and 2 small external fingers. Scared about surgery though i dont know if it would be absolutely necessary for this.

So just a update hurt my shoulder in august and now having surgery this week. Look at old post for other info. I found a good specialist and we tried everything to avoid surgery. At first he thought it was inpingment in the shoulder. It did not get any better with pt. This week I'm going in to get surgery for a slap tear. Sounds like its it 6 months recovery time. If anyone else has had this any info would be great on how well it worked.
