So you don't think the company will take advantage of the situation to suit their needs? The company I worked for for 38 years will take a mile if you gave them an inch. I don't see that ever changing.

The preload and metro still need minimum staffing.

It is tempting for someone like me but the wages must either stay in line OR be under by $3 if and only if there are strict things ln place like a 5.5/10.5 list, overtime after 5.5 hours of driving, 5th day overtime since this will likely be a 4 day a week gig.

Hell yes they will and it's way easier for sups to work preload and local sort than it is for them to deliver.

When I used a metro worker as my Peak helper I had to make sure that he was off the car in time to start his shift.
