SSD's (PVD's) implemented 6-7 weeks from Christmas. New contract already ignored?

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
My typical day is 100 stops with about 180 packages. I Unload 6 routes, into stoage units by sort numbers onto shelves. After unload, I usually do my route within 4 hours...pretty sure thats more the 8 stops/hr

Well, first and foremost, no because it doesn’t pay extra to do so. We are paid to work safely and efficiently.
Second because every route has sent out with the exact amount of work they need to keep their day busy where would the slack be taken up? You can rest assured if I could do more work, they would give it to me every single day.
Continue on with your ignorant statements.
sorry for my ignorance, but if packs have to go out for a sick call in, why cant you build manifest for undelivered routes to work more?

yes I am, I want to work more...sorry for having ambition. Im more than happy at $23/hr
boggles my mind , The inside of the building is disgusting and dirty, the inside of a package car is also disgusting and dirty I am disgusting and dirty when I get home.

There’s 0% chance I’m going to put those disgusting dirty packages in my personal vehicle.

Not really, this is a job we do for 20 and 30+ years. I’ve seen many people not make it due to injuries, miss important family events, kids ball, games, girls dance recitals, not make it in time for a loved one that was passing away. I’ve seen many people have nervous breakdowns on route while their life is spinning out of control because of a situation at Home. I have a great respect for people who do this job for this many years. It’s not a complaint. It’s just a reality.

Someone who works here a couple weeks out of the year pretending he does what we do even the comparison is ridiculous.
