It went from 50 cents a quarter to 12.5
And UPS cash flow is really going to be tight paying out 5.5 billion a year in dividends

The management knew what they were doing. They were raping that company into oblivion and then try to blame the Teamsters. Absolutely ridiculous because the Teamsters did everything they could for a decade to try and help keep the company afloat.
Personally, I think they did too much because obviously it didn’t do a damn thing. Yellow Executives should be being investigated and imprisoned the way they handled that company imo.

Yep. The Teamsters are the members that voted to try and keep the company afloat and were promised that when the company turned around they would get taken care of. That was, of course, a lie from the corporation. numerous pay cuts and pension cuts. For nothing. At the end, most of them retired with about a quarter of their pensions.

CEO and management took millions for themselves.

It doesn’t make me happy but I never planned on selling the stocks. It was always about the dividends to help as extra income in retirement. So far I haven’t needed the money so I always roll over the dividends to buy more stock which in turn gives me more dividends that then buys more stock and on and on. If I look at the high that UPS stock was in 2022 ($203.23) I’m down over $200k from then (on paper) but the good news is each quarter the dividends are now buying more than double the stocks that it would of back then which then makes me more dividend money.

UPS' operating profit was $8.9B last year, roughly a billion more than it was five years ago. I'm curious as to where your last question comes from.
