Summer heat

I bring an ice chest, 7-8 bottles of water, and two bottles of pedialyte... also have a small hand towel that stays in the ice chest until I start pickups, then drape that over my head and finish the day

The sun isn't the worst of it even when it's humid and 100. It's going into the cargo area where it's 15-20 degrees hotter.

Lots of water and Gatorade. A hat( I use a non UPS wide brim brown hat. Sweat towel. Sort in the shade. Watch for signs of heat exhaustion.

I only take 4 weeks off In the Summer...one in the Spring. and one in the FallI

And the most important thing to reminder. If you are not pissing light yellow piss, you are not drinking enough.
