21 x 15% = 3.15
21 x 14.79% = 3.1059

Jesus Christ, 18/21 = 85.71% that are working. 14.29% on vacation. Are you that stupid?

And 3.15 is GREATER than 3.....therefore we are not getting the 15% we are afforded!!Take out your handy dandy calculator machine, and multiply 21 * .15 (Which is 15%). It is 3.15, you round that down to 3. You lose, no summer Vacay for you. Enjoy Your march vacation weeks Billy

15% = 3.15 which is less than the three they are giving. You must round up to give AT LEAST 15%!!!You are taking 1/7 and subtracting it from 100. MULTIPLY 21 * 15% and then report back to me, cause I know you're wrong

They need to change the way we choose our vacations. We should pick two weeks in the first round, two weeks in the second and two weeks in the third.

My guess the panel decision was over 3.5 would be one more person off, less than 3.5. One less off. Your right about the language, it should be changed.15% = 3.15 which is less than the three they are giving. You must round up to give AT LEAST 15%!!!
Who is they? Central states it's the members who decide. Not they.
Why should a person with less seniority be able to pick vacations before a senior person. We've all been on the bottom.
Big union guy is right. 21x15%=3.15
Google the term "Rounding numbers"
If it were 3.51, you would round up to a fourth person off, however 3.15 rounds down to three. You argue with the Union and with Mathematics, but they both tell you that you're wrong.

Do you allow them to round off your checks too?
You forgot to add the guy on vacations pay.Other than to be pricks what would be the big deal in just giving us 4 off. If anything they'd be using cheap summer help saving money.
17 year employee.... yikes.

So your 149.00 check comes to you at 100.00. I don't think so.Are you a 17 year employee, or a 17 year old? They DO round your checks and hours worked, it's called MATH and ACCOUNTING.
You just can't fix stupid
