They should raise the pay for ft to 37.50 and leave the pension and benefits alone and give the rest of the money to part timers for raises which I feel would be nice at $15 starting with a $5 yearly raise, .50 yearly catch up for current pts, give over time after 4 hrs instead of 5 and also leave the pension and benefits the same and I’d vote yes. But we all know that’ll never happenFor the last time, this contract for most people isn’t about money, it’s about working conditions, EXCESSIVE OVERTIME

Your right I’m just being honest but if the 22.4 works like TCD and let you flip to ft and keep pay rate without dropping through progression it wouldn’t bother me as much.
