They found obstruction but apparently not enough to impeach him over. They certainly didn't find collusion with Russians. And George Papadopoulos was a minor player who shot off his mouth about knowing things he didn't know. That got him a slap on the wrist. And for nothing that led to Trump.

P.S. The original FBI investigation used the Steele Dossier as the basis to go to the FISA court for warrants to spy on Trump's campaign and eventually his administration. The FBI director signed off that the dossier had been verified but internal memos showed that it hadn't but they went ahead and used it anyways. That got a stern rebuke from the FISA court after the inspector general's report came out. Led to the firing of Andrew McCabe.
