Maybe you should answer this ? Since Biden/Harris made it ok to use the military on civilians.

WEAPONIZATION: With just months left in office, the Biden-Harris regime quietly updated a 17-year-old Bush-era directive prohibiting the assassination of Americans. The regime has now removed key language from DoD Directive 5240.01 that explicitly barred such acts, paving the way for the government to target U.S. citizens under "special circumstances."

This change marks a dangerous shift, where Americans could be assassinated both at home and abroad, all under the guise of protecting democracy. The updated directive strips away crucial protections, setting a perilous precedent and raising serious concerns about unchecked government power. Governor Glenn Youngkin is among those sounding the alarm
I'm trying to avoid hyperbole from both sides.
there is a big difference between removing redundant language covered by criminal law and authorizing public officials to execute citizens.

He likes dictators and wishes he could do whatever he wants. But when Democrats are talking about needing to stop him from doing things like kicking Jack Smith out of the country, what are they actually talking about stopping him from doing?
Trump cant help himself and feeds the hysteria. He gives a 1000 word answer to a question and then his opponents cherry pick 10 of them to paint the narrative they want to sell against him.

You're saying that if Trump is elected, US presidents might suddenly have the power to deport US citizens?
U.S. presidents suddenly, apparently, had the power to direct a mob to the Capitol while the Congress was preparing to certify a vote and then watch the violence from the Oval Office dining room while sipping Diet Coke and avoid any accountable thus far.

Who's going to stop him?

Trump tells us what he’s gonna do. He told us the J6 protests would be wild. It was wild. He’s told us he would like to see the U.S. Constitution terminated if it stands in his way. He wanted to break the law over and over and people in his cabinet coaxed him down from the edge. Are we really gonna count on those people to moderate him the next time?

He’s power mad.

Might he have actually been able to do things like deport US citizens to Guantanamo during his first term if people hadn't been in place to steer him away from his worst inclinations?

I really don't like Trump and I guess I'm trying to find real reasons that I should instead vote for what would obviously be a leftist Harris/Walz administration.

Inordinately Right
Has nothing to do with far right, everything to do with the law.

How many local elections in Democrat controlled districts potentially could be overturned by a rush of late ballots? "How many votes we need"(? ) comes to mind.

Vote by mail? Vote early with the understanding that your vote may not be counted. Election day is the cut off, plain and simple. This fact has zero to do with any political party affiliation.
Democrat heads explode when a judge explains the meaning of election day.

Some of these issues is we have an elected government and army of bureaucrats reading and interpreting a rival constitution post 1960’s versus the original- and the incompatibility has worsened as the civil rights regime has been built out.
