So was George a superhuman Black man, whose immeasurable strength left Porky with no choice but to kneel on his neck until he died or was he weakened by a combination of drug intoxication, heart disease, and an enlarged heart?

It will be fine

Both and drug addicts should be executed in the street by police just like Jesus taught us.

'“You will see that three Minneapolis police officers could not overcome the strength of Mr. Floyd,” Nelson told the jury.

And yet, despite not being able to overcome his strength, there kneels one lone cop, Porky , calm and serene, with his hands in his pockets, torturing Mr. Floyd to death for nearly 10 minutes.

What is your evidence that Chauvin's knee was the cause of death?

So the bystanders could tell that he was dying and the officer couldn’t? Or he just didn’t care? Judging by a lot plod posts on here, a lot of white people have disdain for a black man and are glad to see him dead. Officer Chauvin should hope the jury doesn’t see him as one of you.
police have used that restraint on people to subdue violent resisters unconcious. This time the perp died because he was loaded up with drugs.

the fact this restraint method was allowed by police leadership including their black police chief should be whats on trial . not the police officers.

Of course they can. OJ and his defense team did a masterful job of it. Placing hope in evidence in court is a risky venture. It all has to do with the story each side can build with the evidence.
exactly and when you're a prosecuter and you're not sure if you have the evidence you run a variety of charges and hope you get a win on one.

Couldn’t they just grant him immunity and then hold him in contempt of court for pleading the fifth?
Don't think it's entirely up to them.
He's currently out on bail for charges in Texas I think.....

Mr. Hall — who had outstanding warrants for his arrest on felony possession of a firearm, felony domestic assault and felony drug possession — provided a false name to officers at the scene of Mr. Floyd’s arrest, according to a Minnesota official.

Unless the officer applied the restraint incorrectly or for an unreasonable amount of time. Or maybe the officer had disdain for black people. This thread seems to show that’s not incredibly uncommon. It’s the old “he had it coming” line of thinking.

No one here has disdain for black people.

Pretty sure the prosecution would have presented evidence of racism on day one of the trial. Think it through homie.

But does that prove murder?

I’m absolutely shocked George Floyd would be hanging out with such a person.
