KILL KILL!!
I think it’s awesome how you can watch your drop shot on your sonar. Can do it with a big enough crappie jig too. When a fish hits it you can see a flash on the sonar. It’s not real time but there’s a delay. It’s cool
I used to go almost everyday. Been promising myself to get up the Delaware past the gap and do a weekend.
So I’m pretty much a rubber worm or top water bait type of guy for bass.
Anything else anyone else really digs?
You’re not. Finesse guy?I’m not a big finesse guy but in the right situations a drop shot or a weightless sinko will break your in arm off
I used to fly fish all the time. Tied my own flies, built my own rods and even carved some plugs and built some spinners.
Then I guess I just lost interest. I would like to just do some simple bank fishing one of these days.
Sight fishing during the spawn a lizard is lights out too. They get when they see a lizard in their bed. Especially after they drop their eggs

I don’t believe you. lol
Try dragging a big wet fly through a bed with a light leader.
They used to make those rod kits for bass fishing too. I’m sure they still do but I never got one. It was pretty much a G Loomis for cheaper because it didn’t have their name.
Nighcrawlers or maggots on a jig would work also.Fly and a mealworm with a slipcork is lights out for bluegill
Sounds killer for bluegill. That’s what I’m excited for more than anything. Found a nice spot I’m gonna try this year. Clear water, hard bottom, and a ton of bluegill and redear beds.

I did it for rock bass. You could see them get mad as hell before they attacked it.
I’m ready for it. Fish fry time!!!!
Those little s are mean lol. I tried to catch the state record warmouth one time lol
Love Ike lol. Sucks he retiredLmao.
Baitcast?Told my buddy he was an idiot when he gave me his finesse rig one day. Told him I don’t want this garbage. Give me my 7’ 2” flippin stick and 80 pound braid. That’s my kinda fishin lol
I got more in bluegill than I know what to do with. Bet I’ve thrown out almost 1000 the last 2 years.Sounds killer for bluegill. That’s what I’m excited for more than anything. Found a nice spot I’m gonna try this year. Clear water, hard bottom, and a ton of bluegill and redear beds.
