I have been here 38 years, and been a Steward, BA, pre-loader, unloader, package driver, feeder driver, clerk, porter, about any job UPS has to offer. I can take my wealth of knowledge elsewhere just because 2 members want to act like babies....no bullying intended.

I have an idea: it would be nice to be able to unfollow people as an option other than ignoring. Some members I don't care about their posts unless they are replying directly, or tagging me, so I'd like to not see notifications of their posts that don't deal directly with me, but I also don't want to completely ignore them. There are also people that I interact with regularly and I almost never get notifications of their posts that don't deal directly with me, but I'd be more likely to be interested in reading.
