That’s been very clear from your sales lead pushes here on BC. Corporate mandates stupid ass policies that impact service and make the customer angry. The customer then leaves and tells all their friends their ty UPS story. And then you’re sent here to ask drivers to try and win some of them back. Super stupid cycle.

I do know what it is like You always have someone to answer to and told what to do , even if you know it can’t be accomplished you better damn well try . They actually hate thier job also . It’s all about numbers and increasing them year to year by any means necessary even when its out of reach

And sure man I totally believe you about the amazon thing. They have hand holders at their locations not sales people. Unless your “friend” is negotiating 5 billion contracts with the bid A you’re full of or he told you he does a lot more at work than he truly does.

And that rep probably had 2000 packages in his entire business plan in North Dakota.

You must not be very deep into BD if you don't think there are Account Execs embedded with each distribution center. Or are you just a specialist pushing reports?

That rep had more along the lines of 10,000 packages. Which is still diddly compared to most places. 2,000 is hardly impressive. I can't believe you even make any commission off that little volume.
