He was a nut!!! He was gay & crazy before it was fashionable......like Paul Lynde!!

He didn't have the players to run the offense he wanted. The players he had weren't all his fault but the way he tried to use them (or misuse them) definitely was. A good coach would have changed to best use the players he did have. Gruden was not that coach.
