Baldwin is an idiot who pointed a gun at someone and pulled the trigger. It had nothing to do with making the movie, he was fooling around. Needs to do time for this.
I don't understand. actors point and shoot prop guns all the time at other actors.
am i missing something?

Not really a "prop" gun. That term is normally used for non firing replicas. It was a fully functional firearm that should have been firing blanks. It was Baldwin's final responsibility to check before pulling the trigger.

And why in the hell did he aim at that woman?

"It was also my first time being head armorer as well," Gutierrez-Reed said. "I almost didn't take the job because I wasn't sure if I was ready, but, doing it, like, it went really smoothly."

Gutierrez-Reed added that she was initially fearful of loading blanks. "I think loading blanks was the scariest thing to me because I was like 'oh, I don't know anything about it,'" she said. But her famous father, she said, helped train her up.

24 year old that only got the job because of her dad. If she is afraid of those scary blanks she was obviously unqualified.

At about -1:30 mark guy jumps out of closet pointing gun straight at viewer. Camera person was filming this while he fired. He didn’t point the gun “at“ her she was filming for a scene such as this.

I don't understand why a real bullet was on that set for any reason. Prop guns are usually checked by multiple crew members. There is a noticeable difference in a real bullet and a blank round. At $6M, this is considered a cheap production with a lot of shortcuts taken. My son works behind a movie camera. A 24-year old armorer working on her second movie and didn't know a real bullet from a blank?

OK, agree this is possible. IN WHICH CASE, there will be really good footage to show this.
If there's no footage, I'l go back to my comment that he killed a woman while fooling around with a loaded weapon.

I'm waiting to reserve judgment until LeBron James tweets his thoughts about it.
