You can't have it both ways-- either you want the same rights as men or not---this includes the good and the bad. It has nothing to do with the next generation. I'm all for equal rights. In fact I would say let the women fight the next few wars by themselves to even things out. They couldn't do any worse job than what the men did / are doing---- (not counting WWII ). As long as the US insists on fighting "nice" wars (smart bombs- few civilian casualties- selected targets) isn't anyone going to win anyway--especially the US.
