Not possible, UPS today put out a statement that...
"We have resolved the situation that created the delays," Gaut told CNNMoney.

So you must have imagined those missed.
Everyone is running clean...NOT

Just watched a news story on Fox Business Network. 12:45 today. People complaining
about not getting their packages. Had a graph up for on time deliveries. Fedex 99% UPS 89%.
FBN had a story yesterday too. It's not going away. Stock down another 2 bucks today.
Maybe you guys should go to 80 hour weeks.

All unicorns and rainbows here...out by 9, last driver in by 9 nothing missed/rolled on road, preload or local sort just another day.
You sound the exception instead of the norm, un-fortunately.

The chickens care coming home to roost in 2017 for big brown.

For many years we all know that the only way anyone can be successful in management is to be a yes man/women. When asked to make some metric, you say yes and make it happen on paper no matter what. Thats how you get promoted at big brown. Well, now all those yes sups/managers have been promoted to even higher positions with the same yes mentality by cooking the books. Afraid to say to their boss "that is impossible". Us hourlies will clean up the mess the best we can, but I am afraid that won't be enough to get us out of this hole.

Nice job UPS. This is the year the chickens come home to roost.
Its like I've stepped back in time. Anybody have a Delorrian with a flux capacitor? My last peak in 13', I said that exact same thing, the chickens have come home to roost.

This email went around the hub today.

Fight the power.
This is what happens when we can't even deliver air on time.
There's probably at least a baker's dozen of these emails everyday across the country who are taking their business elsewhere.

Atlanta won't care because they want to run this FN place like a tech company WHEN WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE SERVICE PROVIDERS !!
They are going to ruin it. On purpose. When Orion guys game in they basically said customer service no longer mattered.

It was just frustrating to hear Abney and the other cronies this week trying to sidestep the questions about peak.
Abney will not admit that his " hiring the same amount of seasonals because of automation" line screwed the pooch.
No weather to blame. No disasters anywhere outside of the California fires.
We should have been jumping for joy that BF sales were up 15%, instead we were unprepared as usual.

Sidenote: I checked out my former routes to see how much they're getting screwed.
The last 4 years, there was a whole peak route that was in everyday from the Monday after Thanksgiving to Xmas.
It hasn't been in at all. Just freaking sad. I would have blown a gasket not seeing it in, LOL

I love these kind of letters. They pretend to care about the customer but they are just like UPS. They care about losing money.
Seriously?

I have been bringing people meds days late

It's understandable if we have late air and instead of 1030 it comes at 4pm... or even the next day

But 3 days late... totally unacceptable. I hope you never have to wait for meds

I looked on my helper's timecard when I turned it in tonight and noticed that I had 275 stops SPAed to my route. We had 163 stops and finished at 5:51. That means 112 stops didn't make it to my car and were left in the building. My Hub's Preload rolled 14 trailers Monday, 23 Tuesday, 30 Wednesday, and 29 this morning.

My Hub gets all the demoted management around theses parts and it shows. They forgot to order rental trucks and golf carts in time. Not to mention hiring and training enough seasonals. After last year's disaster in one of our Centers I figured they would get ahead and put in more peak routes. They didn't think about that either.
