Until Friday we were still on course with an agreement with Ukraine that would have given the US an interest in keeping them afloat. The mineral rights paperwork was on the table ready to sign but that all fell apart. I don’t see how that is being in bed with Russia, but it does put Ukraine’s situation in perspective
