Wasn't Obama's to give away. Obama turned a blind eye to it. Enabled it by not giving the Ukrainians defensive weapons. And surely you remember Obama on the hot microphone telling the Russian president to tell Vladimir to be patient and wait until after Obama's last election? For all the talk of Trump colluding with Russians the Democrats never bring that up. But you always accuse the Republicans, especially Trump, of what you're doing yourselves.

Surrender to me means a handover of the country in Kyiv. If that’s not what it means to you, what should we be doing instead right now? Increasing our weapons shipments? Stepping in with our own military?
And as Trump pointed out he gave the Ukrainians Javelins but Obama gave them sheets. But he's saying now that the war should have never happened and wouldn't have if he had been president.
