Nowhere in the Constitution does it say presidential power concerning enforcing immigration law is subject to judicial review. As a matter of fact the Supreme Court recently ruled that the president has immunity when he is conducting his constitutionally mandated duties.

Judicial review is just an abbreviation of the powers of the judiciary as laid out in the constitution and they absolutely have the power to review immigration law or action being used by the executive branch.

I already posts this response once but here we go again… Al Franken was before that last 4 years (Biden & Harris). This is a new Democrat party. All Democrats were against pedos, drag queens with kids, illegals, men in women's sports and they even knew what a man and a woman was before you went along with the Biden administration and MSM the last 4 years. District judges don't have the power to control executive branch policy which is what activist leftist judges are trying to do. The wife of the judge who just issued the order on deportation contributed $10,000 to the Biden/Harris campaign. If you think it's not their intent to stop Trump in any manner possible then I still have the Brooklyn Bridge available for purchase.
