He is doing his job and executing his constitutional duties as a bipartisan appointed judge that had unanimous support from both parties.

Yes, I did hear what Steve Miller said, and I am not a lawyer nor a constitutional scholar although I definitely read a lot. I do not know if he’s correct it cannot be given to judicial review.

But even saying that I believe that judicial branch has the right to decide what they can and can’t review doesn’t mean the executive branch has to listen to them or follow that decision. That would be up to the legislature to decide what to do if the president doesn’t follow it. We are not bound to judicial supremacy.

OK, but since he was nominated by Bush then surely he is aware that Bush signed a law concerning designating organizations as terrorists that gave the government the power to go after them? Was used against al-Qaeda and ISIS. Trump has designated Tren del Agua as a criminal terrorist organization and as such he could literally kill them. Doing them a favor deporting them. That flight the judge issued the order to return to the U.S. was full of that gang. So the judge is going to lose this battle. Trump has every right to deport them.
