the other part is while its government and military and all that what i see here is just standard management crap .
So theres something going on on the weekend and everyone is off doing there thing and they set up a call or text in this case.. Mike hits the master list and sets up a group text with the folks that need to know. So tulsi might be out buying protein powder at the walmart (just a guess) She already knows there is a plan to hit the utes on saturday and the time. So first text she sees is that the mission is a go as scheduled . all the other information does not mean anything to her. any debates about the political timing or mission timeline does not require her input. She's there in case someone needs some last minute help with something from her department . she skims through the rest of the text does not see anything else that requires her input and its in one eye and out the other.

No, no not when the text is being sent when someone enters the chat. It goes through a handshake of approval showing you who that person is that’s in your chat.. it’s very obvious. It’s nothing like being added to a text group or a iMessage group which if the text group is big enough, you wouldn’t even see them.
