Russia will re-attack Ukraine and engage in mass cyberwarfare on our former European friends. New alliances that are at odds with American interests will form. In a word: absolute chaos.

That guy can't show us where all the money went. If we can pay their government pensions then they should be able to account for their spending. We shouldn't be financing estates in Switzerland.
