THE TRUMP 2024 THREAD

Nothing is done until the deal is signed.

Zelenskyy is fighting for his country’s survival. He wanted ironclad security assurances. He didn’t get it in writing. No signature. Can’t fault him for that.

Watch as we pull back from the rest of Europe, too.

Which democratic countries are you ready to see go undefended by the United States next? I guess it depends on which countries Trump seems to like that week, huh.
Your completely clueless on how negotiations work. It’s laughable. By that time the deal was done and honestly, there shouldn’t even been a meeting if he wasn’t going to sign, even Rubio should be worried about his job. Zielinski should’ve been a man and said I’m not interested Mr. President without more discussion. But he’s a punk and a little bitch so he didn’t.

I could care less what democratic countries we defend we’re not the worlds police. Pretty tired of everyone having their hand out to us.

Russia is 1/20th the size of our EU friends. But we’re going to trade our friendships with those democracies to trade with Russia instead and empower an authoritarian killer with ambitions of empire.

If I were Latvia and Lithuania and Poland and Moldova right now I’d be very worried.

China has to be salivating. Taiwan is in trouble.
We aren’t trading anything. They aren’t going to do anything without us. It’s all BS. And everyone knows it. All Talk. You could fit their armies and a really large football stadium lol

Stupid idea, but if we HAVE to do it we should replace Andrew Jackson instead of Franklin

Have you seen the specifics of last Friday’s deal?

Of course. Who needs the alliances that ensured we haven’t had a great powers war for 80 years.
Have they really been that great of alliance or have they just been leeches bleeding us dry and throwing a fit when they didn’t get what they want?

I’m gonna guess probably a little of both, but we definitely have been more beneficial to them than them to us over the last 80 years.

Things are going to get scary.

Here's a prediction: our enemies will wait until after the '26 midterms to pounce to make sure not to hurt the Republican Party. China may attack Taiwan. Russia will re-attack Ukraine and engage in mass cyberwarfare on our former European friends. New alliances that are at odds with American interests will form. In a word: absolute chaos.

Nope. And so we're going to take the word of a maladjusted orange liar over the guy who's literally fighting for his life and country?
That guy can't show us where all the money went. If we can pay their government pensions then they should be able to account for their spending. We shouldn't be financing estates in Switzerland. And he had a plan in hand to end the war. He doesn't want to concede any territory and that's going to get a lot more people killed. Time to wrap it up.

Are you wanting to fight them the next 20 years? Oops, that's right, Democrats are in bed with the military/industrial complex and want forever wars.
We may not have a choice by then. If you want us out of "foreign entanglements" be prepared to pay the price of global instability and chaos.

I don't think we fully appreciate which direction we are now clearly going. Ah well.
