THE TRUMP 2024 THREAD

El Correcto

god is dead
OK, but since he was nominated by Bush then surely he is aware that Bush signed a law concerning designating organizations as terrorists that gave the government the power to go after them? Was used against al-Qaeda and ISIS. Trump has designated Tren del Agua as a criminal terrorist organization and as such he could literally kill them. Doing them a favor deporting them. That flight the judge issued the order to return to the U.S. was full of that gang. So the judge is going to lose this battle. Trump has every right to deport them.
And you could very well be right, I think you are right about this, I think Trump is right about this case.

But judicial review is not just an end all be all, you can’t deport these people. It is a part of the process and throwing a tantrum like the right has done is exactly what left wingers want to see.

Really shooting yourself in the foot turning a winning issue into a loss here.

The republicans will not be able to impeach him.

It requires a super majority.
It’s just a terrible look for republicans to go after this guy so hard.

Trump would cry witch hunt if he was the judge.
The Republicans absolutely can impeach him in the House. But the trial to remove takes place in the Senate where a super majority of 67 is needed.

He absolutely can deport these people. Right now there are something like 125 lawsuits against the Trump administration winding their way through the courts on a number of policies. Ultimately Trump will win out because as commander-in-chief and as the chief executive officer and the chief law enforcement officer he has the power to do what they're suing over. But the Left is trying to derail the administration's agenda with lawfare. You're going to get your day in court but eventually the Supreme Court will issue an order that will stop most of this.

Well he didn’t get accepted in, he’s just trying to

But my goodness I still can’t get over his last name being weiner lol, can’t help but wonder if growing up with that last name contributed to his perverseness in any way, recess had to have been tough

Also, did he get any other punishment or therapy requirements besides prison?

It’s not like he’s no longer a pedophile just because he completed his sentence. Thats where America is seriously lacking, we treat prison like a time out and expect people to be better when they get out

This guy is a pedophile pervert and needs intense and scrutinized therapy along with constant check ins and phone searches, or he needs to be in prison for life
