Tips for Loading Trucks faster

I have been a preloader for 2 days now and I need tips on loading trucks faster than I am. There are people around me that have been there forever and they literally do not even break a sweat and I am BUSTING MY A** to get the packages loaded. Any tips? Thanks!

Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. If your trying to rush rush rush, you are just going to get worked up and go slower. Get in a routine, if your loading package car scan multiple boxes even if your only grabbing one, look ahead. If your loading a trailer just take your time and keep a steady pace you'll get faster especially since it's only your second day. Besides you're paid by the hour

It takes you as long as it takes you .mgr.will try to make you go faster .you go at a safe speed,they will try an make you pay for any damage you do to freight,so it don't pay to rush
