I worked Monday-Saturday for a year, then Tuesday-Saturday for a couple more. Now I make $40 an hour. Not a terrible trade off.

Not really. But what’s the goal? Nobody works outside there 5 days unless volunteering or get as much we can in next contract screwing as little as possible. But some will get screwed!

Um, we ended up with 22.4 as a result of trying to 25% of the drivers on a T-S schedule. I didn't have to go through anything to get m-fri, that's what the job was when I started. I did have to give back $100K of earnings the first 4 years, thanks to the great negotiation skills of the IBT. Pay to play, baby. The guys after me only lost 60k.

every bad solution i've ever seen was either caused by a map or parameters, both are the PDS fault
