but thank god we made our PPH!

PPH is the God of UPS. There is nothing more important than PPH to our management team.

Late airs? Who cares. As long as we make PPH
25 9.5 grievances in one day? No sweat. As long as we make PPH
PCM lasts 30 seconds longer than its supposed to? Code 073 Approved AM meeting. Can't screw up the PPH
Preloader dies on the belt? He's replaceable and was probably on crack anyway. As long as we make PPH.

What I propose addresses all the issues and offers the best path forward. You just want all of us to work ourselves to death. Not much of a future there.
The upper 75% with bid m-friend routes aren’t gonna vote to change their schedules we worked for. The junior guys are going have to go through what we did to get here. Unfortunately I gotta earn my bid (good news is it only took me thirty three years).

I want to know if the negotiating committee is willing to say no more forced six punch like they were willing to put more teeth in the 70 hour rule after 2018. I don’t think they know what to do.

Um, we ended up with 22.4 as a result of trying to 25% of the drivers on a T-S schedule. I didn't have to go through anything to get m-fri, that's what the job was when I started. I did have to give back $100K of earnings the first 4 years, thanks to the great negotiation skills of the IBT. Pay to play, baby. The guys after me only lost 60k.

orion is just a miles reduction calculator at its heart; you can adjust how aggressive you want it to be using parameters

every bad solution i've ever seen was either caused by a :censored2: map or :censored2: parameters, both are the PDS fault
Can a dispatcher manually adjust the allotted time per stop?

Then why are you worrying about stops
I want to know how I'm supposed to run 15 to 18 stops per hour running rural routes on gravel roads?
Never said I cared about stops per hour, I want a human being to demonstrate to me what a computer says Im supposed to be doing.

In this statement you seem to care
Also a little scared
